We have a successful record serving our clients, in all areas of our practice, in connection with appeals of temporary orders (through interlocutory appeals before a Single Justice) as well as with appeals from final orders and judgments (including direct and further appellate review and petitions for rehearing). At the trial court level, we are able to draw upon our appellate experience, and thoroughly and properly preserve grounds for appeal. On many occasions, we have appeared and argued before a panel or full sitting of both the Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court and have obtained successful and cost-effective results for our clients, regardless whether the client has been successful at trial or seeks to change or reverse an adverse decision. While our litigation clients often look to us to represent them on appeals, many of our appellate cases come to us through referrals from other attorneys who handled the cases at the trial court level.
